Required Documents for New College Affiliation/Registration with KP Board of Technical Education



    Required documents and other necessary information to be submitted to KP BTE


  1. Ownership/Partnership Deed of the ownership of institute/college (In case of the private institute) showing CNIC No, Contact No, Postal/Permanent Address of the owner/partners on stamp paper of Rs. 30/- (in original) along with the attested photocopy of CNIC and photographs of owner/partners.

  2. Certificate/Undertaking to the effect on stamp paper of Rs. 30/- duly attested by Oath Commissioner to the effect that no admission will be made in the college until obtaining Affiliation Notification from the Board (In Original) for 1st year only.

  3. Copy of Rent Deed (In case of a rented building).

  4. Copy of building Ownership document (In case of own building).

  5. Lay out Plan of Building with room sizes given therein.

  6. Service Deed regarding terms and conditions for employment of the teachers duly signed by the employed teacher/principal concerned.

  7. Attested testimonials of Staff including Principal (Highest qualification/degree only), C.V (duly signed by the applicant employee and verified by the Principal concerned).

  8. Staff Statement, List of Equipments (Lab wise).

  9. Proposed Time Table (if classes not started) of the institute showing theory/practical activity timing duly signed by Principal concerned.

  10. Details of labs/Workshops.

  11. Photo copies of Purchase Vouchers / Receipts duly attested by the Principal concerned.

  12. Fresh Bank Statement of the owner/institute (for last 06 months).
